Chicken with Broccoli and Mushrooms Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 large White onions diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch size pieces.

  2. Cut the mushrooms into small slices.

  3. In a skillet or wok heat the olive oil and add the chicken.

  4. Toss for 5 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

  5. Add the water and onions and mix together.

  6. Cover and cook the wok for 3 minutes. 

  7. Add the mushroom, broccoli, tomato puree and stir well.

  8. Add the salt, pepper, oregano, red chili powder and stir for 3 minutes.

  9. Cook for an 5 minutes or until the broccoli is soft.

  10. Serve warm.
