In a skillet add the olive oil.

Sauté the onion for 2 minutes.

Add the ground beef and stir.

Cover with lid and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the salt, pepper and stir.

Cover again and cook for another 5 minutes.

Arrange the Savoy cabbage leaves onto a flat surface.

Fill the middle using the beef mixture.

Make a tight roll and seal the edges using toothpick or thread.

Steam the rolls for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
