Stir Fry Cabbage and Kale

Ingredients

  • ½ lb Cabbage
  • ½ lb Kale
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 clove Garlic diced
  • ½ Onion chopped
  • tsp. Sesame seeds.
  • Black pepper to taste
  • pinch Paprika
  • pinch Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Discard the stem off the cabbage. Cut it into thin slices.
  2. In a wok heat the oil.
  3. Add the cabbage and kale and mix well.
  4. Add the garlic and onion and continue to stir.
  5. Add the salt, paprika, pepper and cumin.
  6. Toss for 5 minutes and take off the heat.
  7. Garnish with the sesame seeds.
  8. Serve warm.
