Paleo Avocado Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 pound arugula lettuce
  • 1 large avocado
  • 10 small cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large lemon
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix romaine lettuce and arugula in a salad bowl.
  2. Slice avocado into wedges and remove skin. Add to salad bowl.
  3. Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Add to salad bowl.
  4. Cut lemon in half and extract juice. Add to salad bowl.
  5. Mix in olive oil.
  6. Season with sea salt and pepper. Mix everything together and serve.
