Paleo Honey Garlic Wing Recipe

  • 2 dozen Chicken Wings
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Franks Hot Sauce (Optional)


  1. Mix together all the listed ingredients except the chicken wings in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Place the chicken wings in the marinade for at least one hour.

  3. Preheat your oven to 375F. Slightly oil a baking sheet and place the marinaded chicken on the baking sheet.

  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Flipping half way through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165F.

  5. Serve with lettuce, celery, or scallions.
