Line a glass baking tray with parchment paper and set off to the side.
Mix together the ingredients from listed in the top layer in a small frying pan. Turn the heat on low to slowly heat the mixture. Stir ingredients making sure the chocolate melts and doesn't stick to the bottom of the frying pan. Remove from heat when chocolate is soft before it burns. Set aside for now.
Mix together the ingredients listed in the bottom layer in a food processor and process until well mixed.
Pour the bottom layer pumpkin mixture into the baking tray and distribute it evenly across the tray.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the pumpkin mixture in the tray. Use a spatula to slightly swirl the two layers together.
Put in freezer and let set over night.
Cut into approximately 16 squares and enjoy!
