Stir Fry Chicken


This recipe combines chicken with broccoli and mushrooms along with some tasty spices. It’s an easy stir fry to make and can be ready in just 20 minutes. It goes nicely with a side of cauliflower rice or can be served by itself.

  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 large White onions diced
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch size pieces.

  2. Cut the mushrooms into small slices.

  3. In a skillet or wok heat the olive oil and add the chicken.

  4. Toss for 5 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

  5. Add the water and onions and mix together.

  6. Cover and cook the wok for 3 minutes. 

  7. Add the mushroom, broccoli, tomato puree and stir well.

  8. Add the salt, pepper, oregano, red chili powder and stir for 3 minutes.

  9. Cook for an 5 minutes or until the broccoli is soft.

  10. Serve warm.
