This Paleo Avocado Lettuce Salad is a nice treat any time of the year.
The key to making this salad perfectly delicious is selecting a ripe avocado or at least letting a store selected avocado ripen properly before use.
This meal is a lunch time treat or a healthy and satisfying dinner idea.

small cherry tomatoes

Mix romaine lettuce and arugula in a salad bowl.

Slice avocado into wedges and remove skin. Add to salad bowl.

Slice cherry tomatoes in half. Add to salad bowl.

Cut lemon in half and extract juice. Add to salad bowl.
