  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/8 cup Tapioca Flour
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Cocao Powder
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl.

  2. Pour the mixture into a coffee mug.

  3. Microwave on high for about 2 to 2 1/2 minutes. (until cooked through)

  4. Top with berries or enjoy alone.

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 2 tbps Organic Honey
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 1 can Coconut Milk (14 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  1. Blend the strawberries, honey, coconut flakes, coconut milk and salt in a blender or food processor.

  2. Move the blended mixture to an ice cream maker. Follow the ice cream makers instructions.

  3. Eat the ice cream within 7 days of processing.

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. 

  2. Place 12 cupcake wrappers in a muffin tin.

  3. In a large bowl mix together the eggs, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

  4. Sift in the coconut flour and tapioca flour. Add the sea salt and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.

  5. Fold the blueberries into the mixture, being careful not to break them.

  6. Fill the cupcake wrappers evenly with the batter.

  7. Bake for about 35 minutes or when a toothpick inserted into the deepest part of the muffins comes out clean.

Top layer:
  • 3 tablespoons Cacao powder
  • 1 cup Full fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup Paleo chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Raw honey
  • pinch salt
Bottom layer:
  • 1 cup Cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup Pumpkin puree
  • cup Raw honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
  1. Line a glass baking tray with parchment paper and set off to the side.

  2. Mix together the ingredients from listed in the top layer in a small frying pan. Turn the heat on low to slowly heat the mixture. Stir ingredients making sure the chocolate melts and doesn't stick to the bottom of the frying pan. Remove from heat when chocolate is soft before it burns. Set aside for now.

  3. Mix together the ingredients listed in the bottom layer in a food processor and process until well mixed.

  4. Pour the bottom layer pumpkin mixture into the baking tray and distribute it evenly across the tray.

  5. Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the pumpkin mixture in the tray. Use  a spatula to slightly swirl the two layers together.

  6. Put in freezer and let set over night.

  7. Cut into approximately 16 squares and enjoy!

  • cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp creamy almond butter
  • cup organic coconut sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • cup blanched almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil for greasing pan
  1. Preheat your oven to 350F degrees. Lightly oil 8x8 baking pan with coconut oil.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate, almond butter and the coconut oil over low heat until smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and eggs until slightly lighter in color and until they mixture is smooth.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together the cocoa, almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly whisk the egg/sugar mixture into the saucepan of melted chocolate.
  6. Stir in the dry ingredients until well mixed.
  7. Pour the batter into your greased pan and smooth out the surface.
  8. Bake at 350F degrees 20-24 minutes. The edges should slightly set and the center is still slightly underdone.
  9. Allow brownies to cool. Slice and serve.
